The Steingraeber model 124 is 128 cm high, which gives it the acoustic stature of a baby grand.

It is a heavy traditional design, which gives a resonant and rich treble sound.

This top quality piano rewards creative playing.

It’s elaborate mechanism makes for sensitive touch and inventive mobility.

Construction

Static design with traditional 25 piece back frame made of laminated beech.

Three rail supports between the cast iron frame and the back panel struts.

Hexagonal spruce sound board with beech wood cross bracing on both sides for durable stabilisation of the sound board shape.

32 layer beech tuning pin block .

Key bottom and sides are made of spruce.

All bonded elements are tropic proof . (No chipboard is used in the construction)
